Concrete Sawing Services
Ring Sawing & Chain Sawing
250mm deep cutting in restricted access situations.
Ring and Chain Sawing involve the use of high powered hand held
machines which provide an outstanding solution in restricted access
situations.
Unlike a standard Stihl Saw which only cuts to 100mm deep, a hydraulic
ring saw can cut up to 250mm deep.
The diamond Chain Saw resembles the wood cutting chain saw except
that the chain is fitted with diamond segments, making it safe to
operate. It is remarkably quick and efficient and can be used to
cut straight lines with right angle corners.

Wall & Track Sawing
Accurate cutting of openings and recesses in heavily reinforced
concrete walls and floors.
Wall sawing is a very accurate method used for cutting openings
and recesses in heavily reinforced concrete walls and floors; this
technique is commonly used for cutting doorways or windows etc.
The system comprises of a track that supports a traveling saw head,
safety guard and a circular steel blade with diamond segments. The
track is bolted to the concrete surface while the saw head is operated
by a remote control at a safe distance. The rotating blade is powered
by an electric or hydraulic motor and travels backwards and forwards
along the rails.
The cut is made as the blade makes a series of passes over the surface.
The saw has the capacity to cut to a max depth of 715mm with a 1600mm
diameter blade.

Floor Sawing
Cut surfaces made from either reinforced concrete or asphalt;
roads, pavements, runways, car parks, bridges, concrete slabs.
Floor Saws are used to cut surfaces made from either reinforced
concrete or asphalt, typical surfaces and applications including
roads, pavements, runways, car parks, concrete slabs, bridges, crack
inducers, expansion joints, and cutting channels.
Floor Sawing is quick efficient, dust free and has a capability
of cutting to a depth of 600mm. DDC Ltd offers a full range of petrol,
diesel and electric floor saw (fumeless) with blade sizes to suite
every job.

Wire Sawing
Cut through thick, heavy reinforced concrete or solid steel structures
or beams.
Wire Sawing is used to cut through thick and heavy reinforced concrete
or solid steel structures or beams.
Wire Sawing has many advantages compared to other cutting techniques.
For example, there are no restrictions in the depth or size that
can be cut, the pulleys and attachments can form any shapes such
as rectangles or circles, the operation is very fast, dust free
and relatively quiet.
The electrically and hydraulically powered systems incorporate a
diamond-impregnated rope, which is drawn through the substrate,
rather like a cheese wire and is continually and automatically tensioned
by hydraulic rams and pulleys, leaving a smooth finish
